#ItsOnUs Gala

Overview
On November 6th of 2022, the Alpha Pi Charter of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. held their first-ever national philanthropy gala. The purpose of the #It'sOnUs Gala was to promote the awareness of interpersonal violence, domestic violence, and education surrounding our philanthropy to end violence against women. The SYZters also held an auction to raise money for It's On Us, a national initiative that strives to end sexual violence on college campuses.

The #It'sOnUs Gala would not have been made possible without the support of Jeff Prouty, the CEO and Founder of the Prouty Project. It was with great pleasure to welcome him and Mary Prouty to the gala. We thank the contributions they so graciously provided the Alpha Pi Charter!
Auction
During the auction portion of the gala, community members could bid on various prizes generously donated by UW-Madison organizations and local community organizations. The turnout from the auction raised a total of $1,321 toward It's On Us!
Greek Unity
We are especially appreciative of the other Multicultural Greek Organizations that came out to show their support to our gala!
